Gave some very sound advice.Advised me not to get married til I was over 30 and also said "find and equip your cage before you get the bird to put in it". I had already intended to act on this before he told me I don not intend to marry or even to propose to anyone whoever she may be until I can afford to live comfortably I don't want my wife to have to work hard all day but to enjoy life to the full. Saw Alice today. Was surprised to see her out so soon. Went into Fox's and had a cup of coffee with her and Norman.
