Vincent. Sept 1st - 6th, 1921.

1st - letter from Alice. Great letter with poem - fine.

2nd - went into Luton to help shop for Mr.Ask. Back with him lunch time. Wrote Alice.

3rd - shop again. Afternoon to match Luton Norwich City. Back with Mr. Lester. Another grand letter from Alice.

4th - usual Sunday at Teddington. Plenty of tennis, clock golf etc.

5th - left Luton 9am for Darlington with George. Lovely run. Lunch at place near Retford. Home 8. No trouble.

6th - went to Bp. A stores. Evening up Walworth Road brambling. Back to meet Endeavour. What a meeting with Alice and walk home.
