7th - concert at Brompton. Had a proper ovation. Pullen (?) took us in Dr.Ross's car - after struggle to get it ready. Sang ?, Sergeant Major, ? and Floral Dance. Also Regular Royal Queen. Budding Bloom of May and five from Iolanthe. Everybody enjoyed it - beaucoup encore. Booked to go there again. Great time coming home. Jimmy Buckett and Elsie A and I in the back with mr. And Mrs. Pullen in the front. Elsie silly ass - would insist on coming up to Brinkburn Road with us.
8th - went to Bedale. Booked concert for 25th August. Letter to HVD.
