23rd - met Alice as usual. Rather ? time. Told her about Edith S. Awfully annoyed. She's very sensitive. Wish I hadn't told her as she's going to give up Sat nights and not go out with any boys anymore. However, all's well that end's well. Great time after it had blown over. Helped her more than ever.
24th - usual walk to croft. Anotger disconcerting time. Came home in bus with sond frightful idiots who had been drinking. Awful language and a positive ? for the girls.
25th - worked back at Masons.
